Im in the startblocks to eventually get myself a twobladed jackknife. I like my medium stockman from case and has eyed the case texas jack made in the same pattern. I assume the blades is devided by a full liner but my question is if someone could help me and tell me how thick the penblade is. I assume also the clipblade is the same as in my stockman. Im hoping for a a penblade not to delicate. Im aiming for the amber bone and cv version.

I don't have my caliper handy, but the pen blade is about 2/3 the thickness of the main blade.

Edit: got out my caliper. Main blade measures 0.095 inches thick at the tang, pen blade measures 0.070 inches. It's no crowbar, but I wouldn't call it delicate.

No, it's not delicate as it's a modified Pen blade. This means the blade is wider than standard Pen blades, it's a very attractive feature of this pattern for sure.

Don't have caliper here but the Pen is thinner than the master Clip blade

Bosse, don't give it a second thought. It's a great pattern with a great pair of useful blades. (And the older versions are excellent as well.)
