Tonight my family went out for dinner. We all had prime rib. The knives we were given to use were a disgrace to metallurgy and knife making. I took out my trusty Texas Jack and got to cutting. It was handed around the table and the feast was saved. I even asked for a knife from the kitchen (request denied of course). Small, sharp, and ever present...the Texas Jack.

The Texas jack is my go to steak knife! Here it is helping me out with some lovely whale meat.

Gotta request a photo of that Texas Jack when you've the chance or time Eric~ Glad to see you posting on the porch. I was gifted a lovely Case Texas Jack by a friend here and it makes quick work of any meal. I love the blade configuration and serpentine frame.

My pocket knife is my go-to for everything throughout the day, including meal prep and at the table.
