Texas Knife Sites?

Are there any good knife stores, dealers, or makers worth checking out in the Houston, Fort Hood, or Dallas areas?

My fiance is traveling to Houston and Dallas on business, with a side trip to Fort Hood to visit a cousin and a close friend who are both stationed there. She hinted that she might pick up a knife for me along the way and wanted to know if there are any places worth checking out in those areas.

Not sure if you are asking for supply stores as well but Texas Knifemakers Supply is in Houston and is one of the largest supply stores for knifemaking that I know of! They also have a website.
