Two minutes after I posted this, I received a cordual "dis-invitation" from a member there asking that I not join or post in that forum, so I'll not be joining you there. My last post there answering a question about a Schrade was, it seems...my last.

I am sorry to hear that I have never heard that kind of attitude on aapk. Was it a long time member or a newer one??

Well, I guess it would be better not to discuss it except to say that I was quite dissapointed. It was by a fellow whom I once called a friend here. By and large, the guys at AAPK are a good bunch, just like here.

I hear what your saying, I have been very happy to find the online communities of knife collectors, they are a special bunch..
