Textured paint for aluminum handle?

I would like to add a slightly textured paint to a Protech TR3 all aluminum handle. I don't want bedliner texture. Just something that adds a slightly rougher or textured paint. Like something Emory cloth rough or slightly rougher. Not like grains of sand or grit. Just something rougher than the semigloss black that is on there now.

Any advice?

Is there a slightly textured Cerakote or Durocoat? Or maybe a SEM spray paint like this?

I assume if I prep the current finish with very light grade sandpaper and acetone or alcohol. That it will stick well.
