Hey bud, you may want to clear the ip address 216.199.11.135 out of the hosts file on you server and flush the cache. It should do it by itself as far as name resolution goes, but for some users, their browser may be storing out of date associations. I would have ICQ'ed this but my hard drive took a nose dive ;( (what can I say, it even happens to us shoemakers at times)
