TGB&U Configuration

I know some of the forums are supposed to be visible only to logged-in members, but TGB&U is supposed to be configured so anyone can see it, isn't it? I just got a report from Keith Montgomery that he can't read TGB&U when he's logged out.

That could give some credence to Dale Chudzinski's claim that he can't read or respond to the thread about him.

If he can't respond, it's because he's not logged in. Reading I'll have to check on.
