Yes I saw a TGLB Comp finish new condition on E-bay today for $3500. It will be interesting to see if it goes for that price, since I also have a new TGLB comp finish.

It's been there for a while, there's already been 4 or 5 threads about it... Not being a jerk, just sayin'.

Yea the same guy had one up for $1,000 a while back, then for $2,500, and now $3,500.... I really doubt it will sell, but you never know! There is near 50 people watching it (I'm one of them, I just want to see if it ever sells- I bet that's what a lot of the watchers are doing) ---Oh yea, and I don't know what counts and the exact rules, but this might fall under "deal spotting" (even though it's not really a "deal"- just giving you a heads up)

The same seller sold one on a "buy it now" for $3000 last November, and another for $1000 before that, if that auction site that must not be named is to be believed.

I might have to part with my beloved CF TG if I can sell it for that much. Shoot I would have gotten a couple in the Walking Dead config if I had known;)

must show this to my wife
she might appreciate the good investment I did buying my CF TGLB

It won't fall under deal spotting because the OP did not post a link, and even if he did I highly doubt the mods would consider it "deal spotting" since this is not even a deal. It's just plain laughable.

This ebay seller is a scumbag.

But wait, order in the next five minutes and get two sets of Ginsu 2000!

But wait. There's still more. If you act now you will not only get 2 sets of Ginsu 2000 kitchen knives but we will also include Ron Popeils pocket fisherman

Yes, the best color combo, IMO :D

I doubt he even has the knife at this time.
Some sellers will keep the same listing going after the knife has been sold at another place other than ebay.
They jack the price up knowing it won't sell, so they don't have to worry about a knife selling that they do not have.
When they get another to sell they will lower the price back down.

I've seen this happen with a few knife brands.
Not sure if it makes them a scumbag, but I sure wouldn't do business with someone this shady.

If we can prove that he falsified the sale of the 1k and 3k TGLBs then he is indeed a scumbag.

If he simply put them up and they sold for that price, then that's life and free market doesn't make him a scumbag. He hasn't forced anyone to pay a price they weren't willing to pay and my guess is most people who look at an ebay listing for TGLB Comp Finish have an idea of what it is and can, with just a little research, find out what it originally cost.

For my money I sort of think the sales of 1k and 3k were faked. But I can't prove it.
