TGLB weight question.

Does anyone have a weight for the TGLB? Especially in comparison with the Swamprat Rodent 9.
 
I don't own a TGLB (yet) but I've heard from other owners it weighs about 15oz with micarta scales and about 16oz with G10.
 
That would make the weight of the TGLB roughly equivalent to the weight of my Swamprat Mini Mojo. Pretty impressive when ya think about it.
 
Just put my TGLB with micarta scales on the scale and it came up at 15.7 oz.
 
The old ones weren't that much heavier, but the LB's feel great in your hand. Something weird with the balance.

There must be some misunderstanding or maybe you looked at the wrong spec. The TGLB (Team Gemini Light Brigade) did NOT have the weight listed on the Weights and Specs page until today - Sunday June 17th. - I never had confirmation of a weight for the TGLB. I had other specs, but no weight. So, I don't know where you found 22.7 (?????).

Your post is the first I have seen showing a weight for the TGLB, so I will use your weight of 15.7 for micarta. Thanks for weighing and posting a weight.

you are also going from 3/16" 511 to 1/4" 711. The 711 is still pretty light, with just enough mass in the right place for light chopping very well.
