TGLB with serrations?

Greetings all. Have just seen a photo of a TGLB with a partially serrated cutting edge. Busse factory... or later alteration? Anyone here have a clue?

I think hes talking about the orange/ blk one on the bay. Im guessing aftermarket, looked like a half way decent job though.
