just wondering if anyone has had contact with this maker in the last week or so? i tried emailing him but have not heard back from him. he is usually very good about responding right away. hope everything is okay with this gentleman.

just hoping to receive my knives before X'mas! ;-)

I just spoke to Trace 2 days ago. Everything seemed to be fine with him. He was very speedy with all replies during our recent transaction. I would try to email him again as every so often , a message seems to get lost in cyberspace.

I'm one of those who joined in with the LUK/TKK-fest. Anybody with an idea on how many knives Trace is working on for this project? He's probably a grinding son-of-a-gun by now.

He made a post saying he got way more orders than he thought he would, and he was already a bit behind before these came in

I think Trace has a bit more business right now than a part-time knifemaker can handle. I told him people would like the TKK concept!

He'll come through for sure, let's hope he catches up quick

First off it's the Silly Season and everyones extra busy. Also I seem to recall that he mentioned getting a bad batch of BG-42. So those of you waiting for a BG-42 blade take note.

Patiently waiting for one of those LUK/TKK's ya betcha!
