Hi Folks,
I'd like to share my latest work with you folks. It's a 19" hamon bearing blade of W2 steel, with a amber stag crown handle. It weights 11 ounces and is fast and light. It's heat treated to 60Rc. The handle is a amber sambar stag crown. The scabbard is walnut harvested from my property and dried in my shop for five years. It is inspired by the Thai Enep blade, and proably isn't quite traditional.
I also included a "group" shot showing this sword and a few others I've recently finished. I would love your thoughts. Thanks!
