Well, I was trying to resist, and waiting to see if another shark would jump on this one, but I finally couldn't stand it...
EMS on the Thamar Curve Spine khukuri.

Dang BOB! You got the who shebang now eh! At 19" and 29oz that should be an interesting blade. Better save some cash behind! If she comes out with a Tin Chirra you know you gotta have it:thumbup: btw ..resistance is futile here.

I have been assimilated by the HIKV....

Assimilated? Does that hurt much? Don't think I ever had that.

It does look rather Hanshee huh? Fine looking blade.

That Thamar Bahadur blade has a great size and shape. Unfortunately the reflections in the photos make it hard to see the fullers, but in the first photo it looks like there's a nice wide fuller.

moparsbob: I hope you can post some more photos when you get the blade. Assuming you weren't outsharked by someone else.

Interesting history. I didnt know it was an actual synonym of the swastika and was around at least 400 years before the Nazi party used it in 1920. In general meaning good will, luck and protection from bad things. We tend to associate with the Nazi party which is too bad. It has much deeper roots than that. Not only could i not spell it I didnt know what it really meant! Thanks Esav!
