well, this is it. this will be my 1000th post. I have done the obligatory giveaway (it was over in the kershaw forum), and i know I am addicted to knives because, instead of purchasing a membership, like i was planning, i will be spending the money on steel :thumbup:. this is awesome. thanks to all you guys for taking me from an ignorant who never carried a knife to someone who carries one, or two 
, every day. i have become a steel snob, laughed a lot, cried just a little, been awed many times, and been taught more than i could ever remember. heres to the nicest knife community on the internet.
BTW, special thanks to the mods. you guys make this place somewhere that i can recommend to other people without a worry of too much swearing or other unsavory content.
