I just learned that Ms. Alycia no longer works in the CRK staff..
I am really sorry for this.. Alycia has been my first contact with the Chris Reeve Knives, and I must say that his patience has been legendary.. This post is to say THANK YOU ALYCIA!!
Thank you for having endured my veeeery long emails, to have understood my poor English, to have always answered to all my questions with kindness and patience, for watching dozens of photos that I sent to you by mail.. Thanks for sending me the DVD The exquisite blade and various patches with an international shipment very quickly and for FREE!!
No doubt you were one of the best employees of the CRK!
Thanks again Alycia.. (And to the whole CRK Staff, of course!)

Many times she had to tell me no, and was always pleasant about it!! That's a real skill!!!Thanks Alycia!!! Bart

I am surely gonna miss talking to Alycia. She has a pleasant way of dealing with problems and I appreciate that about her.

Thanks for your great customer service...

I never find out the backstory to these things. I hope everyone is ok and Alycia lands well.

I don't understand why anyone needs a backstory. Kinda creepy (to me at least). The company I work for has had many different receptionists over the years. Some were just paying for school and moved on, some had kids and decided to stay home and quit, some met a partner in a different city and moved away, some got a better offer than we could provide, some were friendly enough people but got let go because of other confidential issues that were none of my business.

Never once has a customer of ours called me and asked for the backstory cause so-and-so wasnt working as a receptionist anymore. As long as no one died, I assume it's all OK at CRK, and largely none of our business. I don't want to know.

^^^ This. Let's just wish Alycia all the best, and the same for CRK.
