Just a shout out for Benchmade's great CS.

I had an issue with the clip and one screw on my Adamas so I called called Benchmade.

That brought the pleasure of chatting with Nolan who talked knives with me for a bit and then, true to his word, sent a care package to me in very short order and free of charge! :D:D

The Adamas is a great knife (even though I am not a fan of the clip) and a good value for the price IMO.

I have a bunch of knives from another manufacturer whose knives are not as well put together as Adamas, uses lesser materials, costs more and has a charge for a replacement clip.:rolleyes: I like that brand as well and have been loyal to that brand for years and many purchases but cannot help but to recognize some differences compared with the Adamas and with Benchmade's customer service/support.

Thank you Benchmade for a great product in the Adamas (other than the clip:thumbdn:) and for standing behind your customers!:thumbup:

I am not one to jump on any band wagons, or will never be a fan boy of any maker. But I will reach out and say I understand what you are saying here, (Benchmade is On top of Their customers Interest) I have a lot of favorites but never have experienced the old school hello, I am genuinely interested in your concern as a customer. They stand alone IMO, and will and often do will help you out with many customer concerns. But then again, That is why they have the reputation for fine knives and Awesome customer service. It have been my personnel experience more than once. Kudos to Benchmade:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
