Recently I had some trouble with my CQB2 that I received NIB. It had a blunt tip and didn't shave, plus the sheath retention was bad, to say it nicely. The blade would just pop out with a little jerk. So I sent it back to Camillus for a resharpening and a new sheath. What did they do?

No excuses, no hmmm, haaaas, how did this happen etc etc.

They sent me a new knife and sheath! No questions asked. They even returned the $10 bill I sent to defray shipping costs. I am very happy and grateful for this level of customer service.

Just a small footnote - I had some problems with customs as the package had the word "knife" on it. Just so no ones encounters that kind of problem in future, please remember not to write the word "knife" on the outside of the package or anything like that.
