For fast "hands on " gifts to the troops go to any veterans group or National Guard armory & donate there. They know the needs & in what priority .

No more "any soldier ,any place " mail delivered.

Without a name & address it winds up in dead mail.

The vet groups packaces are not checked for contraband & move more expediously.
