Just purchased a wood inlay Sebenza 21 and promptly took it apart. On reassembly dumb old me overtorqued one of the allen screw heads and buggered it up. Called CRK and asked to purchase a new screw and they wouldn't sell me one - but the sent me a replacement for free.
