Wednesday of this week I emailed crk and spoke with Heather I believe her name was. I informed her I wanted some new polyurethane o-rings for my umnumzaan (just as spares). Well come Saturday they were in my mailbox. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. I realize they are cheap but that is what I call amazing customer service. Anyways thank you Heather and CRK. Other companies should take a few lessons from you guys on how to treat customers.
