This may not be the exact place to post this, but I wanted to let it be known that my previously fruitless search for replacement washers for my Heat was solved in a single call to Mr. Ralph. After a few emails back and forth with Ryan at Knifekits.com he was kind enough to provide a number for Mr. Ralph. Within 2 minutes I had a set of bronze washers on the way.
Mr. Ralph while Having NO obligation to help me, did it anyway, and that really impressed me, and I wanted to give a thank you in a way that others could see.
You are OK in my book.
