Another example of just how generous the members are here on the porch:cool:

thales2015 aka David, asked if I would do a EO mod on his Gabon Ebony single blade Boy's Knife. I said "absolutely" and he mailed me his knife. I returned it to him and he was very very appreciative. I told David, I enjoy doing things like this and learn a bit more every time I do.

Within a day I receive a PM from David saying that one is coming my way as he appreciated the work done on his #15:) WOW:eek:

This place is truly amazing, these type of posts appear on a regular basis here. Thank you David!!!

And a Thank You to all the great members here as well---what a great escape this traditional forum is from the daily grind:cool::thumbup:

I've always wanted to see a video or step by step pics of the process. I'd def screw it up if I even attempted to do one.

Beautiful knife. The porch sure is a nice place to pull up and have a yarn. Folks round here be mighty generous.

Very cool stuff here from both of you!

Ya know, Paul, I have heard the EO mods are a gateway drug to full-on modding. Do be careful, it's a slippery slope. You think you don't have any spare time right now, just wait till it sucks you in. :D
