Yes, as Ron and Paul eluded to, the surgery was yesterday morning. Good news and some not so good. Essentially all the rumors could not be removed without massively invasive surgery. And my Dr didn't feel that would be best for my recovery. That means continued long term chemotherapy treatments. Not something I really wanted to hear, but they did eradicate a lot. I'm I a lot of pain today so they have me pretty loaded up on meds. Not sure when I'll be discharged yet.
I just came on here and saw all the support from all of you fantastic people and I can't thank you enough. All the positive thoughts and prayers do help. I will update with more details when I'm feeling better.
I've said it before, this is by far the best site going.
