I want to mention the outstanding customer service I received from EKI this week. I sent them my Micro Commander for service (for something I screwed up-not the fault of the knife) and got it back today. Florida to LA and back in one week! Ann on the phone was great, the turn around was quicker than I expected and the knife is perfect. Thank you Emerson!
