"Thank You" for Great Customer Service

My Sebenza is my favorite folding knife - it's by far my most expensive, and by far the best that I own in all possible metrics.

I sent it in a few weeks ago for a little tuneup, and just wanted to say thank you to the entire staff at CRK. I spoke to a few different people, and each one was nicer than the next.

The knife came back in perfect condition - better than ever.

I just wanted to pass along my positive experience with everyone out there in Boise.

If (when) the funds are there, I can't wait to buy another! Thank you all!

They do have a good bunch of folks out there at CRK. Last year, I ordered a small Sebbie from New Graham and, for some reason, it came without the leather pouch. I called CRK, talked to a nice young lady, and by the end of the week I had a package from them -- it contained two leather pouches and a hand-written apology note, even though I suspect the pouch was misplaced at NGK (don't get me wrong, NGK also has some very good folks. But everyone makes mistakes now and then).

It's nice to be able to call a company and actually talk to a person (especially a pleasant person) instead of getting the usual automated menu system that doesn't have what you want in the menu! So kudos all around for the bunch at CRK! They have earned a life-long customer in me (and I'm sure many others).
 
I absolutely agree. I've had two of my CRK folders pass through the shop (and over the US/Canada border) and they've always returned in perfect quality. Every single person I spoke to - including, at one point, Chris himself - was nothing less than pleasant and understanding. If they have any grouchy folk in their employ, they sure as hell don't let them near the phones.
 
I broke the clip on my lg Regular Seb some years ago. Initially, CRK said the replacement cost was $10.00. I received a call back advising that there would be no charge.
I plan on sending this knife in for service, as after 12 years, the lock shows some wear, but not until I can afford another(lg 21).
