Hi,

Just received my 67, from GP Knives. It's a keeper, feels good in the hand- no hot spots, cuts well, good fit and finish, especially like the dark stonewash and solid lock-up. Although it is sticking a bit when it's locked and I sometimes have to use my left hand to release the frame lock. Overall, a great production execution of a custom model. Also appreciate the product presentation (packaging)- cean, minimalist aesthetics.

Thank you so much for making such a design accessible with a more approachable price point. Looking forward to other Jens Anso model releases.

Best,
-di

Congrats on your new blade. The Anso 67 is definately on my short list of knives that I have to have. Just in case you did not know. Boker also has the Haddock and the Cox designed by Jens Anso.

Yea, saw those two others. Have you handled them? How is the blade detent on the Haddock, now? There were reviews when they first came out that found it too weak. I do like the DLC coated Haddock and the Cox would be legal carry for me.

I saw the reviews on the Haddock and was wondering the same thing. I unfortunately have not handled any of these knives and have to rely on reviews from this forum. Thank you for giving your opinion, now I have to order the Anso 67 :)

My Haddock, which I first described here last June, came with a wire edge, something a knife in this price range shouldn't have. Nearly a year later, after lots of EDC, that is still my only complaint. It was stropped off on my jeans' pant leg sitting here at my desk. Mine, #167, can't be shaken out - it's detent/lock is secure, as is it's frame lock when deployed. No 'detent' problems I am aware of. Healthy hollow grind. Nice knife.

Thanks for the heads up Stainz on your Haddock, it's definitely on the get list. Would go with the DLC version. Then again, the more I use the 67, the more I'm tempted to get another one and polish the blade, plus remove the thumb-stud, just to speak more to the aesthetic of the original.

I was surprised that the 67 is hair shaving sharp, and that's even when I did the shaving after cutting some envelopes and box cartons. It has a lot of initial bite.

On another note, I'd like to see Boker do a rendition of Anso's Rebel. That would make a sweet little edc, a bit more on the normal looking side of the spectrum.

The 67 has been calling me. I've been wanting to pick one up for a user but wanted to read some reviews first. Gonna have to order one up.
