I can't express in text how fun it was to win this GAW. It's really the only one I did want want to win. I was really impressed with the MOD when I first saw Charley Mikes video.

I was very excited waiting for the delivery. I sure wasn't disappointed once in hand either.

I have to admit after a few hours I had to try the pocket clip on the right side. However drawing forward like in Charley Mikes video was much more dramatic and put the knife directly out in front of me instead of slightly behind/to the side.

The lines are beautiful. It looks like the blade was designed this way originally. I fully agree with removing the ridges and excessive texture of the grip too. Makes for a very comfortable hold.

Thanks Matt.

This is my first Wave by the way. I've never opened a knife with a wave before yesterday. Very cool

Nice. Super clean work. Looks like it was born that way. Congrats again on the win, GX. Very nice GAW, CM.

Charlie Mike can do the Wave Mod to many different knife models. He has a phone number and email for contact.

I would like to see the Camillus Beast waved.

Glad you like it! So here's a tattoo of some endmills.

I have a friend from high school involved in cnc. I asked him for about knuck milling. He was interested

I'm old school. I turn the X and Y by hand.

Damn this brut sharpened up quick. It helps that the factory edge was reworked before I got it. RZR sharp.

Cut through both sides and into the board!

Mmm mmm! Made short work of my Bavarian breakfast.

Sweet!

(You're gonna have some killer farts)

I was forced to buy one of these for sharpening the recurve. I resisted, arm twisted behind my back!

1x30 Harbor Freight belt grinder.

I saw you post about felt belts in a different thread. I lost my belt grinder 8yrs ago when a landlord sent over a cleaning crew before all my stuff was moved. What a cluster

Yup, felt or leather.
