I picked this knife up a few weeks back here on the Busse XC and the previous owner had put some black liners under the handle scales and reattached the handles. While it wasnt a bad job I wanted this knife to look perfect so off to the spa she went. While at the spa she recieved a new set of red liners, a super sick scary sharp convex edge, removed any and all scratches and my favorite, the ultra sharp wide flared fasteners. Now shes all purtied up so I took some glamour shots.

I have sent several of my girls back to the Busse spa and they have all come home with a new and very improved look. So Thank You Garth and the rest of the crew at Busse that make it such a great company.

Here are some more of my crappy pics but i hope you enjoy.

Thanks!!

i eyed that knife also on the xc a while back,,,,looks awesome with the red liners.killer linen slabs also.congrats!!

Yeah and how long did it take to get it back?

When I sent my ABA and another GenIII knife in to Garth for a strip, satin, custom logo, coat job, and two slab jobs I had them back in two weeks. And for CHEAP, too. Garth is the effin' man! :thumbup:

VERY classy, Lee. Best looking GenIII I've ever seen with black slabs. The liners really set it off wonderfully.

Now...ya gonna use her? :D :D :D

All this talk of makeovers... I wonder what it would cost me to have my zilla fitted with sandstorm slabs :eek:

That's a real beaut, congrats :cool::thumbup:

I didn't see what it looked like before but she's hot now, great work Garth.

Thanks for sharing.

adds satin ABA to the list of must haves

Thanks for the comments HOGs.

From the time I sent the knife in and got it back was about 2 weeks seriously.
And like J said, it was a great deal too.:thumbup::cool:

Very Nice. :thumbup:

Did they reuse the old scles, or has Garth rediscovered the long lost codes to make the rope pattern scales?
