I'd like to say a big "Thank You" to Jerad (aka J.A.G. Knives) for his generous donation of this beautiful 112 to the BCCI Youth Auctions. All the procedes from them go to help support the Buck Clubs youth program and is a very worthy cause.
I was lucky enough to be the winner of this beauty in the last auction and to say I'm pleased with it would be an understatement. I love the barehead (or barebutt as you prefer) design, the chevron inlay in the handles and the mosaic pins. The filework is also great and although you can't see it, extends all the way around the spring holder/spacer at the butt end.
Maybe one of it's best features in my opinion is the way it's been slimmed down! I love the feel of it more than the regular 112 (shown with it) but that may be just personal preference. It's more the thickness of a 500 now and I love it.
Thanks again Jerad! Beautiful workmanship and a great design.
