To Jerry:

As you know, a heavy machete design in INFI has been my grail ever since you introduced the original Battle Mistress. The NMFBM has come so close to everything I hoped for in such a blade that I am thoroughly enchanted by its arrival. As close to perfection, in every aspect of its design, as I could imagine.

You, my friend, have my most profound thanks.

Damn, did you buy 9000 $ worth of NMFBMs?

But yeah, the NMFBM is a great design. Thanks for that, Jerry

Thanks for the kind words, guys.

When you find your Grail ... you must go for it!!

Exactly right, my man--life's too short.

Good god! Do you have one to spare?!

Believe it or not, all but 3 of those are already spoken for/earmarked as future graduation gifts, coming of age gifts, etc. for grandson, son, brothers, nephews, etc. The 3 extras I plan to hold onto for a good long while.

The NMFBM was my first busse hog knife and my only regrets from buying this awesome piece of work was that I didn't buy two. If the boss does another run, I'd definitely in for another one. This knife is my primary knife and is an outstanding replacement for my bolo. It's been hard trying to find something to beat it until now, many thanks as well.

I was holding one the other day and thinking...
Add 4 or 5 inches and go to a .18 - .20
Great match for the Chuckette'

I'd be ecstatic about a Battle Mistress style blade in the same thickness and length as an AK, and see no reason why it wouldn't be just as viable a design. Until then, the heft and feel of this baby will be keeping me more than happy.

Hmmm...being called a "Big Hog" by the KH--maybe I did cross a line somewhere back there.

Oh, well...no regrets.

lines are meant to be crossed;)

and the NMFBM

Makes all before it weep

and other choppers obsolete.

I love the all in move:cool::thumbup:
