I purchased a Fluted Military last summer. I knew it had a couple of screws that were starting to strip out. I took it apart and made it even worse as I couldn’t even loosen a couple of them. I emailed Spyderco and they said to send the knife and a check to see what they could do. I waited till about two weeks ago and sent it in not expecting to see it again till February and here it showed up yesterday repaired. What great service and wished I had done it sooner.
