Thank You to Alan Davis

A while back, I contacted Alan to make hunting knives for all 3 generations of the men in our family for Christmas (Father, FIL, Son and Me). My request was for 4 identical knives, but each stamped with the man's name. Since we are all from Alabama, I asked him to make the blades from Alabama Damascus steel. I also asked that the handle be made from buckeye burl. Well, Alan certainly outdid himself. I can't wait to give these knives next week for Christmas.
