I'll second that. Tough job. I feel Bladeforums has the best moderators after being on quite a few message boards over the last 10 years.

That was suppossed to be a zero point infraction, but it came out as a warning. BEST LAID PLANS
 
The moderators, the moderators, who are these guys
are these the folks so strong and so wise
Do they keep the peace when we talk of Mick Strider
Do they guide us to laughter and threads that are lighter
Do they bang us with warnings and chuck out infractions
Do they like what they're doing, do they like all the action
These Moderator men; are they men with big hearts
or talk crap to these guys will the banishments start
but without these great fellows all rules will be broken
eventhough there are times thatsome have been smokin
So I raise my cup, these fine men I toast
And hope I don't see a yellow box before they return to their posts!!
 
Thank you Moderators for the fantastic fall weather right now in Ventura Co. I am not sure how you do it, but you're right on the button.

Wait a few months and you'll alternate between storms and 9 degree weather.
 
I have found, over the years, the truth in the the old saying, "All things in moderation." I suspect, however, that the truth I have found is not the truth the original author intended. But, then again, the internet has changed the world.
