Thank you to the Spyderco team (a good CS story)

I realize this is a relatively minor kinda thing, but since i had a very positive interaction with Spyderco's CS today, i wanted to share.

I was changing the pocket clip position on my Delia 4 and lost one of the little bitty screws. Called up CS to ask if there was a way to send a screw, or do i buy a kit, or how does it work. The operator put me through to the outlet store where I spoke with a nice guy. I think his name might have been Josh?
Anyway, he could not have been nicer, and within two minutes he had taken down my info so he could send me a free screw set, along with a little Lactate, and he and even asked if I wanted the bright stainless, or black screws. I mean really, he could not have been a nicer fella. I made sure to thank him profusely, and even told him about how Spyderco has become my go-to pocket knife brand, and that I even had my Manix in my hand while i was on the phone with him.

I know sending out a screw set is really minor stuff, but really, I just wanted to post my personal story about Spyderco CS being good to me, and making an already loyal customer even more loyaler. :D
 
Sorry about your lactose intolerance :-) Great to hear about good customer service. It seems to be a rarity today. Thanks for sharing.
 
Good to hear these stories of spyderco sending out free stuff. I'm gonna have to call and get some of that lactate! I hope its not a sprint run....
 
Maybe Sal and the team care about our milk farts. He's not only keeping us loyal, but winning the hearts and minds of our wives too.

OK fine, autocorrect got me. Oh well. I'll leave it because it makes me laugh.
