It means a lot that this forum exists and is a source of encouraging information.
Yesterday while sharpening a friends knife I was confronted with something that just a few months ago would have stymied me ... now, through experience and direction (from this forum and those above) I knew what to do and kept going ... a neat moment to experience.
I've got a long ways to go, but each knife is an opportunity to learn and each bit of information and experience builds my base of knife sharpening knowledge.
All the best and again a huge "Thank You" to all those who took of their time to write out an e-mail, a forum response or take time to listen to my multitude of questions on the phone.
Respectfully,
J Thomas
