Just got back my Al Mar Sere 2000 from Tom Krein that he reground and it's soooooooooooooooooooo nice. I'll try to put up pictures later. It is so freaking sharp now, it's unbelievable. If you've got a knife whose edge has lost something, send it to him for a regrind.

If you want a great knife at a great price, buy a Cattaraugus 225Q from WWII, you can buy one with a sound handle for $75-125 with original sheath. Send the dknife to Tom and he will regrind to a very thin edge. The knife will no longer cut through inch wide strapping steel but brother will it ever work like a dream in the hunting field.
