Today is a day I always look back on as being one of the saddest days in my life. When I was 15 years old my mom died on Christmas Eve. I wanted to take a minute to thank all of you for your support during the past year, and not just for being my customers, but for being my friends. There are a group of you who have become more than just "internet friends" by traveling to our gatherings, it`s been really great! There are also a couple of you who I talk to almost weekly on the phone, one who posts here, and one that never has, but who does read the posts. These two gentleman have gone out of their way, by sending me "care packages" of handle materials, and other goodies. Then there is the guy who has "gifted" me some awesome scout goodies. I won`t name names, but you guys know who you are. I`m sure I`m forgetting some others, but I`ve been up since yesterday morning.
I am very gratefull for my wife`s patience and understanding about my career choice, I could not do it without her support.
Enough rambling from an old man, thank you to you all, and have a Wonderfull Christmas.

John

"A faithful friend is finer still than all other treasures upon this earth." Can't recall who the quote is from but it sums up my feelings pretty well. Merry Christmas guys!

Merry Christmas everyone! It figures we'll have ~5" today of the white stuff in IL. Stay safe if you're traveling.

Thank you John for all you do. Not just in making knives but in being the friend that you are.

Thanks for all you do here and for others, John. I hope all the best to you and yours.

Make memories for those beautiful grandkids you have!

Thank you John. You are an outstanding human being & my life is richer by knowing you. I wish you & your family a very Merry Christmas. Enjoy yourselves.

Thank you John for doing what you do. I wish I was able to be around as much as I used to be, but I'm always lurking here. Your knives are some of my favorites, and I consider you a mentor and friend. Thanks John.

Never got a chance to post here John but I wanted to say thanks for the great knives I got from you this year. You're a true gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. I hope you had a joyful Christmas despite the pain that it must bring you every year and wish you a happy New Year!
