Last year I reached out to Crag the Brewer Crag the Brewer for an EDC knife.
Having seen his work, I was conviced he's the right maker to build me my new EDC knife, and he delivered 110% :)

I don't actually need any more knives, as I have more than enough to last me a lifetime.
However, the sophistication phase has made it's way into my knifenut's brain, but most of you will know that feeling...

After deliberating with Crag, he found a great shape, a great steel and the style of handle I really like.
As I live over the pond, the payment and delivery process was a bit longer, but with the help of some friends and colleagues, the Laser eventually found it's way to me...

Right, here we start with the pics:

A classically shaped EDC with a slight clip - The ergos are amazing and I can use the knife all day without any hotspots...

"Slightly" thinner than the usual suspects - and herein lies the beauty- It friggin cuts like a friggin laser!

The useable blade length is 3.7" and the handle is 4.3" - This is absolute fine for my right front pocket :)

Now the thickness of the HSS steel is:

... and this is just amazing. A knife that cuts with ease and outslices my kitchen knives by a mile...

Here I sliced up frozen chicken to make a Chicken Döner Salad:

I also used it already to shred boxes and open letters.... It's just asking for more...

As the steel is quite hard, I won't use the Laser to baton or pry, but I now have a knife that just amazingly cuts whatever my day brings :)

Thank you Crag for this beautiful working EDC! This knife is actually the bees knees! :)

And at all who read this: I can higly recommend Crags' work and knives - Give him a shout!

This was such a Fun build!
We both have deep roots with a passion for Becker knives, and you wanting me to come up with an EDC knife that bridges between what you already have and love was a pleasure to do for You..... I hope that knife brings you Many years of happiness!!!

About sending overseas......Wow, that took a LONG time....I think over 2 months.
-if I knew how long it was going to take to get delivered, I would of sent a knife for your friend too....haha, for helping you out. :)

Hopefully I can add a few pictures to Your thread....

We wanted something with a slightly longer, more comfortable handle.

I was able to modify a blank I made previously to get you a clip point style that you wanted.

Worked out nicely.

First time using this handle material. I Really like how it works.
I was a little worried shipping, with customs, because this material in the black color Really looked and feels like ebony wood.

Super Bad Ass Old School vibe this little guy has.....

Comfortable in all hand grips.

Group shot with what I was working on at the time....

Front pocket slip just felt right with this slim blade

Thanks Again for letting me help you out. I loved doing it!
