I recently sent in three knives for rep/srvc to the Warr. Dept. Not only did I receive the pieces back in a timely fashion, you guys (and ladies!) did a hell of a job!
This is the second time that I sent severely damaged knives to your warranty dept, and yet to no avail, you fixed them, replaced them, or sharpened them to like new condition.
On a personal note...Mr. Glesser...is "Angela" single??? She sounds like a lovely young lady AND she knows knives!!! Can anyone come up with a better combo!!!
Seriously speaking, like I have said a dozen times before, you have a great company with great people working for/with you. I wish you all the best in the new year.
