I just wanted to thank all of the Best Buck Brothers a guy could ask for, for all the fun I have had over the years.
You guys are AWESOME!

I am not going to post some excuses for this or that or anything else. But given the things going on in this forum lately it is no longer any fun for me.
The Buck "Bully" 334Dave thinks he runs the show and can do as he pleases without any repercussions. I have had almost one dozen emails (no thats not an exaggeration) in my support. I only wish others here would voice there opinion here not in private emails, about how they feel about Dave.
I can deal with it no longer and have had him on ignore, just to have someone qoute him. He is not the hillbilly he portrays when he posts in the Buck forum. I got him to post his true self in "the other part of the forum" for those members that have the membership capability. Check out his posts there, pirates... Its in the "Bladeforums members that make you say WTF?" thread.
There he posts as himself. I have had phone conversations with very wise BCCI members that have told me that this forum is no longer any fun for these same reasons. So thanks Dave, for showing your "true colors" you didn't let me down :D
If posts with that type of language can go on in the custom 110 thread, I am out. I can not tolerate that.
Dave, you are the name calling Bully, no matter how you try to spin it. You are a backstabbing, backdoor type of individual. Not me...
I only wish those individuals that I talked with and emailed would post there true feelings, so 334Dave doesnt think he is always right...
I don't fully understand why it came down to Trax, Rocinante, and myself to keep him in check. Now when you wanna say that a custom 120 is the only knife to leave Buck with the original hardware, or post a 651 is one of ONLY 24, there will be no one to correct you. I only hope the forum doesnt suffer because no one else will stand up. Its too bad the mods didnt catch your posts Dave.... BTW I am not getting Banned for the sig, you fool. I emailed a mod "respectfully" to have this taken care of.
Good luck to the rest of you, and to Dave, they will find out who you really are, eventually. Post whatever you like here, I wont be back to read it.
Oh yeah Dave, learn how to spell...

We are all a bunch of folks that love Bucks. I upgraded finally and read the post. Man I need a beer.

Whats Batman without Joker? Right.;) We need check and balances.

If a post upsets you or anyone skip it.
 
I truly hope you change your mind. There are a lot of us (I'm sure I'm not the only one) that have chosen to remain silent when things are said that we don't particularly agree with. Dave has said some things that I have disagreed with as have others. I choose to ignore it. If anything was ever directed to me, I think I would take it private and then ignore it. I would not let them take this forum away from me and I hope you don't let someone do it to you. There are a lot of great people on this forum and I include you among them. I just hope you can reconsider your decision to leave.

Reading the last couple of pages of the "People who make you go WTF" thread has really disappointed me. I expected better. :(
 
...Don't leave Jim...This forum isn't just for a few, it's for ALL of us ( Thanks Spark ). I always felt Dave was just messing around for the most part...then I just went and read the Cove posting...Not good Dave...:(...We can't lose our Wisconsin representative Jim...
 
Wh4f stick around my vote doesn’t count as much as the big boys but this is a great place and it takes many members to keep it informative and interesting.
 
...Mike...I think ya gotta at least be a Basic member...not sure though. It's quite a place...Definitely NOT OFFICE or KID FRIENDLY...

Jim, I have followed the activity in the PC and I must confess that I am rather surprised and disappointed at Dave's vitreolic responses. I do hope that you will stay around, as your contributions are always welcome.
 
I just went gold again and read it. I have to say I am pretty disappointed in Dave for his responses. I think the whole thing should never have been started. Lets get back to talking about knives.

First off, what goes on in the Cove, is supposed to stay in the Cove. Second, taking shots at someone's wife is out of bounds. I'm closing this thread.
