What're the odds of ever finding another forum that's even a third as good and as nice as this one?
As Uncle Bill likes to say, "Good forumites make for a good forum." I have to say that if it weren't for Uncle Bill we probably wouldn't have as good of forumites as we do.
 
When there IS only one, there ain't no odds....well...except on the roster, maybe :D
 
I second Yvsa's sentiment--its Uncle Bill's spirit which pervades the entire forum that "selects" the forumites who stay here. Its like When I took Aikido, the folks that stayed were the best I'd ever met. Some people came who didn't seem to fit in, but the sensei/class didn't give their egos what they needed, and they moved on. Some even came back later on after they changed their minds about what they wanted, and who they wanted to be:)
 
We have many who stop at the Cantina for a drink or two and then move on for various reasons. Those who stay are those who know what they have found.
