I would like to publicly express my appreciation for the exemplary service offered by Chris Reeve Knives and in particular Bridget. Bridget assisted my wife in purchasing a wood inlaid Damascus Sebenza for my birthday. The order was filled and delivered within the time constraints and I now carry a piece of art as well as a fine knife.

When my wife contacted Bridget looking for a Kathathu for Christmas, even though the item was sold out, Bridget provided a lead, which placed the knife under our Christmas Tree. This is superior customer service.

In the past I have purchased CR Knives from retail venders and each time my wife or I have emailed CR needing this or that they have come through. You run a class act.

Bridget is a great person to deal with. I have a small left hand wood inlay and was having a hard time finding the wax that they recommend to use on the wood. Bridget fixed me right up, she's sending me a tube of the wax, no problem. Bridget is one of the reasons that I don't mind sending my hard earned money to CRK to purchase their fine knives. I think Bridget deserves a nice Christmas bonus! Anne, are you listening?

I have ordered a large wood inlay and have been conversing with Bridget. She has been a joy, and always gets back to me quickly. This is service that I appreciate very much.
By the way nice present. I have a thread going, trying to get as many pictures of woodies as possible. If you can post a picture of your knife on my thread it would be appreciated. Thanks.

What can you say? These are two of the nicest people, (and as a beside it IS great to mention they are ladies), in knifedom today!
 
My hats off to Bridget also. She called me on Thursday around 1:30PM to ask me about an order change I had requested. I told her instead of 3 Large Classics, how about sending me 1 Classic, 1 Large Plain & 1 Small Pheasant Tail Decorated Seb....she said no problem. She said it "might" be able to ship today, but was not sure.....well, I called her back about 4:00PM my time, which is 3:00PM her time, and I asked her if she thought my order was going to ship today? She said probably not because she was swamped..understable. I said, "don't worry, if you were going to ship today I was going to upgrade to Red label becasue I have my last show before Xmas this weekend and would be great to have them, but no problem if I don't......" Well guess what! SHAZAM.......I got them on Friday in time for my show this weekend. That kind of service is what really makes CRK stand above the rest, not to mention they make some of the most awesome blades in the world

How many companies these days provide the level of personal professional service that CRK does? Not only are their products excellant, but their attention to customers is exceeding.

There is an old expression, "You get what you pay for." Well, in many cases you do not. In the instance of CRK you get more!

I feel compelled to put in my $.02 regarding the excellent service that I have received from Bridget.

When I bought my Umfaan from an online dealer, the knife did not come with the sheath. The dealer refused to provide one stating that CRK was no longer providing sheaths with the knives, but that he would be more than happy to get me one for an additional charge.

I phoned CRK and spoke with Bridget in an effort to clear up what I felt was a gross misconception on the part of the dealer. Bridget cheerfully offered to send me a sheath free of charge.

That's what I call excellent customer service!
