About a month ago, i emaled CRK because i had bought a Lg Sebenza with snakewood/gold inlays, but it had been bought at a show, so it didnt come with a box, it came in a ziplock baggie, which i wasnt too fond of, so i asked if she they could send me a box, and also a spare allen key, well, of course they did, free of charge, and confirmed why i own and will continue to buy their knives, just a great company and awesome knives. Thanks CR!!!

By the way, that knife is the smoothest, most flawless knife i have ever owned, including lots of high-end customs.

Just recently recieving my first sebie(thanks Danbo), I contacted Bridget, she was very plesant to deal with. Can't wait for my accessories to arrive.

I emailed CR knives and Bridget responed, I think the same day, with reliable honest information. I have had ORDERS lost with other brands after they sent me order conformations, with several emails never returned. I will be buying many sebenzas from them when I get out of school, and back into the work force.
