i just wanted to say THANKS to the entire gang at BUSSE!! A special thanks goes to Kassi and Jerry for expiditing the AD with engraving!! The ceremony went great in July and as it turns out there was another in September at Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois. All went well, my wife presented me with the Active Duty and when it came time for me to speak I got all choked up and had the shortest remarks I can ever remember hearing at a retirement ceremony. I am happy to say I am now oficially retired from the NAVY, homeless (currently living in a hotel just south of Seattle), thoroughly broke after over 10,000 miles of travel(plus a new Satin Jack, GB Wildlife Hatchet, CR MNANDI and AL MAR SERE OPERATOR) and now looking for a job. :) Guess I have tooted my horn enough and will close. Thanks again BUSSE!! also THANKS for all the support from the rest of you good folks out there taking care of/supporting the Military!!!!

Congrats to you and thank you for your many years of service! I've only got 17 years to go! :D

Retired from the Army now 10 years. There are still parts of it I miss, mostly the people and "the life". It'll be ok. You'll find something to do I am sure. Make it worth while. Been serving the veteran's community for the past 10 years fixing medical equipment.
Any job is easy if you like it! Check out Olympia. Not near as busy as Seattle.
