I meant to start this days ago but I just got too busy. My daughter and I had a great time at the show.
I want to say thanks to the Busse Crew for a great BladeShow. Yeah, some things were different but I think we all got past it quickly and got back to our old ways. There were a ton of great knives. It was an exciting grabbing trough but some passing and sharing happened too.
I was fortunate enough to grab a handful of older models so that made me happy.
The induction dinner was a great time too. Great people and great food. Hanging outside, playing games and talking with old and new friends made for a great Saturday night.
So, thanks a lot Garth, Dan, Shaley,
New busy gal--(I'll keep quiet in case you wanna maintain your identity. You did a great job for being a rookie though.), Mike, Deuce, Ty, Jerry, Doc and of course Jerry Busse for making this all happen.
If I missed anyone I apologize and someone please let me know. I tried to talk to everyone at least a little and shake their hand before leaving Sunday.
A special thanks goes to Cletus and Cappy. It was great to talk with you both and I can't thank Cappy enough for answering questions about handle materials. There were so many I can't even remember them all.
