High five to Spyderco and Charlynn for outstanding customer service.I had lost a pocket clip screw when I changed the clip position and failed to use blue loctite to secure it.E mailed customer service at Spyderco and in less than two hours Charlynn replied,I'll have a few sent out to you.Have a nice day.

I was just working with her on a warranty issue for a sprint run knife and we got everything squared away quite easily with only a couple emails and phone calls.
 
Charlynn and the rest of the Spydercrew have been awesome from my experience too.
 
Charlynn is most helpful and Spydercos service in general is superb; all the more reason to enjoy their knives.

Yep,and the screw I lost was from a knife that cost less than $30.Spyderco customer service is outstanding!:thumbup:
