I just wanted to say thanks for the prompt, courteous service I received when I sent my small classic Sebenza in for sharpening and for the installation of a dual thumbstud. I can confirm that CRK has first - rate customer service.

Plus, I really like the dual thumbstud. The small Sebenza is about as close to perfection as I've yet encountered in a folder. A standard dual thumbstud would make it even better.

What was the turn-around time for having that installed? I'd like a dual thumbstud on my small woodie, but I don't know if I can part with it long enough for it to be put on.

Perhaps I need to get a Large to keep me company while the small is out....

I've completed quite a few transactions with CRK (i.e., refurb's, sharpening, dual thumbstuds added, etc.).

Each transaction was excellent !

fcondron - Total time was 24 days, including international shipping (from and to Italy). I figure that shipping probably took a total of 18 - 20 days, so actually turn-around time was less than a week. Not bad.
