I've already posted the following in the G, B and U forum but thought that this forum would also be a great place for this thread.

In the last several months I've had my LDC-109 and a large plain Sebenza refurbed.

Each time, I've asked for specific work to be accomplished to the knives and the knives are returned to me in perfect condition!

CRK is always very concerned with meeting my needs and desires! I send them the knives and the turn around time is such that I can set my watch by their actions (including getting the blades back to me)!!

It's been a real pleasure dealing with the folks at CRK.......especially Bridget! She's the best!!

The one good thing is, you don't need to send one back very often! but when you do you know they work quick to get it back into your hands! Reliable service, it makes owning one more sensable all the time!

Bridget called me yesterday afternoon to let me know my large Sebenza, which had been sent to them for refurbishing and engraving, would not ship as scheduled because the engraving job was not up to their standards. She said the knife would be finished today (had to use a new handle) and that I would receive it Friday as scheduled regardless of shipping expense. That is SERVICE. Chris Reeve kinda' spoils us; and raises the bar for everyone in the business. I appreciate it . . .
