Yep Amanda is no Mary but she is still great. No but in all seriousness I have Never spoken to anyone at Emerson who wasnt outstanding.

I received a CQC-7V with a mismarked 7BW blade, and they replaced the knife for me quick and easy. I guess the error knife would've been worth more (?), but my crazy OCD brain needed the right lettering I guess.
