Thanks to everyone that gave me advice, I couldnt be more pleased with the results..
I LOVE it when things work out GREAT with minimal BS.. I took the blade back to shiny by re-grinding and finishing. I then etched my logo onto the blade after checking all the connections and contacts with my Personalizer..
It marked the blade just fine, since it was flat again.. If you have seen my logo its my initials with the words Custom Blades on each side encased in a diamond shape WHICH made things MUCH easier, since I dont like those "Clouds" some people use around thier logo's..
I just masked off the logo with electric tape which was easy following the diamond shape. Then I put some nail polish over the logo.. Let it dry, then removed the tape.. I then etched the blade, and removed the nail polish with what else NAIL polish remover... When I was done what I had was a nice shiny perfect diamond shape with my logo in it, surrounded by all the awesome figure of the ladder pattern Damascus.. It wasnt hard at all and looks fantastic.. I will post a pic as soon as I get some made.. Also anyone that thinks they can etch this stuff with vineager correctly should try the stuff from Radio Shack, they WONT think that again...

To Normark, Thanks bud I made that logo years ago with "Crayola Art"..HAHAHA... I lucked out on my initials it made it easy:-)

And I am pretty far from Chico Calif. for the guy that asked.. Riverside County, I think its far, sounds like its far:-)

Thanks again I REALLY appreciate all of your input guys, it really helped me finish a knife I wanted to run around and show all the neighbors when I was done! and that doesnt happen often, They are hard to impress anymore..

Take Care
